African bath doll

The African bath doll is a vinyl baby doll with brown skin, short moulded hair and dark eyes, in the same size as its two companions on the shelf. It is made to be dressed, taken out and, above all, bathed: the vinyl takes water and soap without complaint.

It is made in Spain, in vanilla-scented vinyl. The head, arms and legs pivot, so it can be sat up or laid down in a doll's Moses basket. It comes without clothes.

For upkeep, a rinse in warm water is enough; dry it well, especially at the joints, before putting it away. Bring it in at night, as the sun ends up yellowing the vinyl.

With the European bath doll and the Asian bath doll, it forms a series of three baby dolls, same size, different faces.
