Description
This glass alcoholometer measures, from 0° to 100°, the proportion of alcohol in your water/alcohol mixtures, as for a dish in sauce.
For sweet wines and liqueurs, it is necessary to distill the liquid beforehand.
Precautions for use: the alcoholmeter must be immersed in the preparation, without holding it with the fingers. Readings are taken on the graduated stem, at waterline level and at eye level.
