Dishwashing liquid with Marseille soap

A dishwashing liquid with Marseille soap, in a 500 ml bottle, for everyday washing-up by hand. It cuts grease on plates, glasses and pans without being harsh on the hands, and leaves a light scent of Provençal olive.

It is made by the Fer à Cheval soap works in Marseille, which has been making soap in cauldrons since 1856 and describes itself as the oldest soap works in Marseille still in operation. The formula is concentrated, with 99% ingredients of natural origin, and free of allergens.

Put one or two pumps on a damp sponge, or dilute a little in the sink water. It foams less than a supermarket dishwashing liquid: that is normal, and it washes just as well. Rinse with clean water.
