Bouquet of White Sage for burning

Sage has been used by two major spiritual movements: the Celts and the Amerindians.

White sage is traditionally used in purification rituals to dispel negative energies and bring protection and spiritual clarity. By burning its dried leaves and diffusing the smoke around places, objects or people, it promotes energetic renewal and inner balance.

Instructions for use

• Light the bouquet, let the flame take hold, then blow on it to release the smoke.
• Then let it burn in a bowl.
• Repeat as many times as necessary.
