Making stuffed courgettes calls for a precise movement: scooping out the flesh without piercing the skin or crushing the pulp. This stainless steel courgette corer is designed for exactly that. Where a spoon gets stuck and a knife risks cutting too far, this tool does just the right amount of work.

Its 11.5 cm blade runs the length of the courgette in a single, even pass. It is sharp along the sides to free the flesh from the walls, and pointed at the tip to get started without forcing. The result is clean, and the courgette stays intact.
