Description
The blade is made of polished stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 58 +/- 1. The handle offers optimal hygiene thanks to its mixture of bamboo powder (natural anti-bacterial) and polypropylene. In contrast to the traditional Japanese wooden handle, the black handle is not inserted but completely encloses the blade, making it non-removable. This prevents dirt from being deposited on it.
WARNING: not dishwasher safe. These knives need to be hand washed and immediately dried so that the quality of the stainless steel blade is not altered.
