Description
This method of cooking is a cross between stewing and radiant cooking and will preserve the flavors and vitamins of the food. It can be used in a traditional oven or with a microwave oven. Handcrafted in Alsace. Dimensions 24 x 41 x 15 cm.
Caution: do not soak in water. Wash only with water and wipe dry. Never use dishwashing liquid because the earth is porous. Check that the hand truck is dry before putting it in the oven. Any thermal shock is to be avoided.
